Write about a time you felt connected to nature, like the kinship in Native American myths.

Prompt Response:
A time I felt connected to nature was back when I would explore the woods that are around my house. I would trek along the trails and through the bushes, watching as the squirrels would run away as I got close. I also stood around listening to the birds above me and the wind blowing by, as I followed streams and rivers. I also remember times when I would carefully make my way down a hill, making sure not to slip and avoid the thorn bushes. Being out in nature is overall pretty nice, apart from the mosquitoes and humidity.

Summary:
Today in class, we talked about native americans and how they told stories.

Reflection:
Today I learned the difference between myths, urban legends, and religions. It is good to know the difference so that I can identify each one when needed to.
