Prompt: Miss Emily’s house once represented pride and tradition, but over time it became a symbol of decay and isolation. Describe a place that holds deep memories for you—positive or negative—and explain how it reflects part of who you are or how you’ve changed over time.

Prompt Response -
A place that holds deep memories for me is my elementary school. When I was young, the hallways seemed huge, and every classroom and playground was like a new area discovered. Now, when I look back, the school feels smaller, but the memories I made are still with me. It reflects how I’ve grown because that school was where I first learned how to speak up, try new things, and figure out who I wanted to be.

Summary -
Today in class, we started reading A Rose for Emily and worked on an assignment.

Reflection -
Today, we analyzed A Rose for Emily.
