Thinking about “The Rockpile,” which parent or guardian in your life has been the strictest when it comes to discipline? Explain how their approach to discipline has influenced you or shaped your behavior.

Prompt Response -
The strictest parent when I was little was my dad. He believed that discipline was needed to teach me responsibility and respect. Whenever I did something wrong, he made sure I understood why it was wrong and what I should do differently next time. Back then, I sometimes thought he was being too harsh, but now I realize his strictness came from wanting me to become a better person.

Summary -
Today in class, we worked on the Rockpile project.

Reflection -
Today, we analyzed The Rockpile.
