The topic that challenged me the most was the finding my identity section. I think this is because I still don't think I've fully found myself, and still don't know what I'm going to do later in life. I worked through this by making my example represent something still under construction instead of complete.

Prompt Response - The three I think I will use the most this semester are affinity, ambiguous, and animosity. I would use affinity for showing how much someone likes something, and ambiguous for when I'm describing something vague. Lastly, I would use animosity for when I describe someone I don't like. After reading “Out, Out—” by Robert Frost, reflect on a time when you faced a dangerous or high-pressure situation that demanded your complete focus. What made the situation risky, and how did your concentration affect the outcome?

Prompt Response - A time that I faced a dangerous situation was when I was cooking and almost started a fire. I was cutting vegetables while I had something in the oven, and then I got distracted. When I was doing that, I started to smell something burning and realized that I had forgotten about what was in the oven. Due to being careless, I could have started a fire that would have burned the house down. After that, I focused on what I was doing until the meal was done. Summary - Today in class, we worked on the comic strip assignment. Reflection - Today, we had to incorporate vocabulary words into our comic strip.
